HeliBlog is the tool for the daily work of a helicopter company. HeliBlog maps the entire workflow of a modern flight operation, from the control center to the cockpit, starting with administration, through flight operations to evaluation and the creation of statistics. The individual modules interact seamlessly: data maintenance, administration, customer management, flight operations, flight school, statistical evaluations and data export. Open interfaces (XML) offer the possibility to integrate HeliBlog optimally into your existing infrastructure.
Graphical overview of daily flight planningHeliBlog is divided into different modules, many of which are already included in the standard package. In addition, adaptations to the software can be commissioned as project work. The following modules are available as standard:
Data maintenance: All necessary information can be maintained by authorized persons. These include in particular: customers, flight students, employees, pilots, bases, landing sites, licenses and much more.
Administration: Flights and crew can be planned here, and operating times and deadlines for licenses and machines can be monitored. Administration can also release blocked bookings, remove machines from flight operations, monitor intervals and much more.
Flight processing: In flight processing, the flights planned by the administration and performed by the flying personnel are recorded. This data is later used for statistical evaluations. They also serve as a basis for the interfaces to external programs, such as the Leitner system.
Accounting and statistics: This prepares data for further processing in external accounting programs. In this way, status and settlement types can be assigned to the individual flights. Statistical evaluations can also be run here.
System: System administrators can assign specific rights to individual employees, save databases, maintain the individual help system and more.
License management for students and employees: Licenses can be entered and monitored in the license tool (integrated into the data maintenance). HeliBlog informs you about licenses that have expired or will expire in 90 or 60 days.
Consistent colouring of flight types, helicopters and staff enables intuitive operation. HeliBlog is developed in open standards, runs under modern Internet technology and is optimized for decentralized use. During the development both pilots and administrators have contributed their know-how and by the lively exchange of ideas with existing customers, HeliBlog is constantly developed and optimized. If you need help, an individual online help is available.
